Here are 4 steps to show you how toconvert Canon EOS C300 MXF 25P to ProRes HQ at 50Mbps.

Step 3. Set audio and video profile
Firstly, you need to set video bitrate as high quality. Then you should set the sample rate as 48000 and audio bitrate as 384000. At last, the output ProRes HQ will preserve quality almost as high as ProRes HQ at 50Mbps.
Tips:
1. High quality, medium quality and low quality of video bitrate are formulated by Apple ProRes, and the 30mbps in ProRes HQ output is an estimated value.)
2. The exported bitrate depends on your source Canon C300 MXF material. The higher bitrate the original MXF was with, the higher bitrate the output MOV will be with.
Step 4. Click “Convert” icon to start convert your Canon EOS C300 MXF files to ProRes 422 HQ MOV.
