Description: Power Skating is for B, A, AA and AAA level players to fine tune their skating abilities. The clinic is centered on improving a players’ s skating skills, balance, stride, explosion and pure development. This program will improve all aspects of the game. Checking Clinic will work on executing a check,receiving a check, proper body positioning, how to win battles in the corner,playing with intensity, being aggressive & crashing the net. Open to Mites-Midgets. (Mites will notparticipate in contact clinic lesson)

Description:Open to Mites-Midgets. The clinic will cover a variety of goalie skills and is intended to give goalies a mid season tune up, quality work out, as well as quality coaching to get them back in good habits for the second half of the season. The foundation of his teachings are from Finland and Quebec where he feels we have taken the best elements from the different styles and work with your son or daughter to Pull out their strengths and work on their weakness's all while adding a few new tools to the tool box. Description: Open to players of all ages. Open Stick Time gives you the opportunity to practice your drills and work on your skills in an open ice setting. Nets & pucks are provided to you, just bring a friend & come play hockey! Full Equipment is required for all players under 18 years of age.
Middle School OpenDates: Every Monday Times: 7:10-8:20pm
Price:$15 per player, first four goalies are free.
Description: Open Hockey Sessions are ice time when a customer can come work on their hockey skills and/or play pickup hockey with their friends. We recommend that players bring both a light & dark jersey. Full Equipment is required for all players.
