I am running like 20-25 or even 30 miles in a week for last 2 months. However, I have been running smaller distances (up to 10 miles in one stretch) for the past 6 monthsor so. As I mentioned, I have ran half-marathon once before last year and finished the race in 2 hours 15 minutes. I am certain to improve my timing in this upcoming half-marathon on Feb 9th.
I was seeking advice from the forum, if running 30+ miles in a week starting from now will make my job easier in marathon scheduled in March?
